The hotel is perfectly located near the central train station, making it convenient to reach and explore all the important attractions in Florence. After a long day of sightseeing, the spacious rooms provide a wonderful space to relax and unwind. The bathroom is well-equipped with everything you need, and the friendly staff is always ready to assist you. For food lovers, the hotel is close to the central market, where you can find delicious local produce.
The parking situation can be a bit misleading, as there is no hotel parking available.

The hotel was conveniently located near the center of the city, making it easy for us to explore on foot. We were just a short walk away from popular attractions and had plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Transportation was also convenient, with the train station and tram within walking distance.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Florence, I had a great experience. The staff were really good too make me feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from all the places I wanted to visit. Despite the busy street outside, my room was quiet and comfortable. Although the breakfast had limited variety, the quality of the espresso made up for it. The WiFi worked well in the lobby and even reached my room. I highly recommend this hotel for its good value, friendly staff, and convenient location.

Convenient location near train station, tram, and tour meeting points. Decent sized room for a family of four with daily cleaning. Everything needed just outside the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy access to airport transportation.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a great experience! The staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and train station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable enough for our family of four. The best part was being able to leave our luggage for free after checking out, so we could explore the city without carrying our bags.
The breakfast could have been better, with more options like hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit. the rooms could use more natural light as it felt a bit dark.

I stayed at a hotel in the heart of the old town, just minutes away from the main train station. The location was perfect as I could easily walk to all the attractions, saving a lot of time. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities, including air conditioning. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast every morning.
